New Life Camp’s summer ministry has been thriving since it began in 1950!  Over the past few months, we have been actively monitoring guidance from: the American Camping Association (ACA), the CDC, and North Carolina State guidelines.  To meet all the criteria provided by these three entities, we created 16 different schedules.  These schedules run simultaneously to protect our campers and staff.  This helps keep all the cabins and huddles spread out across our 72 acres.  Each cabin and huddle are able to maintain social distancing.  This also ensures that proper sanitation can take place after every activity.  While camp does look a little different this year, we are excited to still be able to provide the New Life Camp Experience of Adventure and Belonging.  Most of the fun camp activities campers have enjoyed for many years are still available.  They are able to participate in activities such as the pool, gym games, go carts, low ropes, crafts, archery, lake activities, and much more.

No matter what this summer may look like, we are dedicated to love, accept, and introduce children and their families to Jesus Christ and equip them to live lives that glorify God.  We are truly excited to be able to offer camp this summer.  If one camper’s life is changed all the work and preparation was worth it!
