Plan Your Retreat

Please read through the following details concerning our rental prices, sample packages, and how to schedule your retreat at New Life Camp. Please note that a minimum of 60 people is required to reserve the facilities for a weekend. If your group size is less than the minimum, you are responsible for paying for the required minimum number of people at the current rate. 

Pricing and Details

All prices and details are in effect as of 2024 and are good only for 2024.
New Life Camp does not offer any water activities to rental groups. All groups must stay 30 yards from the lake and pool.

  • Weekend Rates

    • $75.00/person – First Night Lodging
    • $25.00/person – Each Additional Night
    • A minimum of 13 people per cabin. (An additional fee of $25.00/cabin will be charged if rooms are underfilled)
    • For groups with less than 60 people: $4,500 for First Night Lodging and $1,500 for each additional night.

    • The Rental Group must request all items in their reservation and will be provided with an equipment bag upon their arrival.
      If not requested, the rental group is responsible for bringing all equipment needed for their activities.
  • Meals & Dining Hall Usage

    1. New Life Camp works in close collaboration with Cannon Catering who have primary claim to the usage of our kitchen space within the Dining Hall. As such the rental group will not have access to the kitchen.
    2. Rental Groups are permitted to bring in outside food for their group and may store food only in the designated refrigerator in the Dining Hall.
    3. The rental group may bring in ready-to-eat catered food.
    4. The rental group may have access to the camp grill located outside the Dining Hall. The rental group may also bring their own grill as long as it is used safely and remains in the designated grilling area.
    5. The use of portable warmers, air fryers, and portable griddles is strictly prohibited as they will cause electricity shortages in the facility.
    6. The rental group is responsible for providing all necessary paper products, cutlery, and kitchen tools they may require during meals.
    7. Should the rental group desire to partner with Cannon Catering in providing meals for the retreat, New Life Camp will not be obligated to fulfill any communication or facilitation required to do so.
    8. Cannon Catering operates as an individual entity within the facilities of New Life Camp and, as such, must be reserved separately by the rental group.

  • How To Make A Reservation

    1. If you have any questions, contact our office at 919-847-0764 and speak to our Receptionist.
    2. Complete the Interest Form by clicking the button below.
    3. You will receive a call from our Rental Director to confirm dates and spaces.
    4. Complete the Guest Group Rental Form.
    5. Complete the Agreement for Use.
    6. Reserve any additional people (technician/wedding coordinator/decorations)
    7. Receive Contract
    8. Sign Contract
    9. Pay Security Deposit

Frequently Asked Questions

We want you to be well-informed as you plan your retreat at New Life Camp. Please take a look at some of our Frequently Asked Questions concerning renting our facilities.

The New Life Camp facilities are used year-round for various programs such as summer camp, LEARN Homeschool, Athletics, SN@C and more. If you are interested in renting our facilities for your retreat, you will need to contact us so we can check for availability. Click on the Contact Us button below to email Wesley Jones or you can give us a call at 919-847-0764, Monday – Friday from 9am – 4pm.

The only additional costs would be spending money (Vending Machines or Camp Store).

  • First night’s lodging: $75.00 per person
  • Each additional night’s lodging: $25.00 per person

If the group chooses to book a catering service with Cannon Catering, pricing will be determined separately based on Cannon’s rates. If the group chooses to bring in outside food, there is no charge to store food in the Dining Hall refrigerator.

Day guests will be charged for meals, as well as a $25 per day activity fee.

Children ages 0-2 may deduct 75% from the appropriate price. Children ages 3-6 may deduct 50% from the appropriate price.
